The hairy mantle showing authority:

If you will not change, the whole world will believe in the same as: the people you have excommunicated throughout the years, not believing Joseph Smith was the one and only true prophet of God. Or you: to be inspired with the same authority. (Having a mantle like Elijah, like a uniform)

To put on "a name", or to put on "a hairy mantle", does not make a prophet.
We know by ourselves: Our sons have our name, but are they always acting like us?
We can give them our car, but are the driving like us?

(The mantle of Elijah)
1 King 17:24 And the woman said to Elijah, Now by this I know that thou art a man of God, and that the word of the Lord in thy mouth is truth.

1 King 19:19 So he departed thence, and found Elisha the son of Shaphat, - -: and Elijah passed by him, and cast his mantle upon him.
19:20 And he left the oxen, and ran after Elijah, and said, Let me, I pray thee, kiss my father and my mother, and then I will follow thee. And he said unto him, Go back again: for what have I done to thee?

2 Kings 1:8 And they answered him, He was [dressed in] an hairy man[tle]*), and girt with a girdle of leather about his loins. And he said, It is Elijah the Tishbite. *) in the Danish Bible he is dressed in a hairy mantle. In KJV he seems to be a hairy man, with a girdle of leather.

2 Kings 2:13 He [Elisha] took up also the mantle of Elijah that fell from him, and went back, and stood by the bank of Jordan;

Dreams are like thoughts, close to be like the truth, but the real truth are the words of the Lord.
Jeremiah 23:28 The prophet, that hath a dream, let him tell a dream; and he that hath my word, let him speak my word faithfully.
What is the chaff to the wheat? saith the Lord.
23:29 Is not my word like as a fire? saith the Lord; and like a hammer that breaketh the rock in pieces?

The next scripture has been falsely translated, the word "loaded" in English is equal with "massa" in Hebrew.
If a ship is loaded with bananas, it is a burden (for the ship).
If "the ship" is loaded with "b" the children have to guess it is "bananas"
If the Lord is "loaded" with "blessings" we are getting close to, what God was "loaded with" means in the Bible.
The word of the Lord! So says the Lord! The word of the Lord came to me, etc.
God is loaded with words of warnings! He could go on forever.
He got load(s) of words, even to day in heaven and on earth.
Jesus knows.
We better listen to the words of the Lord, or put on the burden of the Lord on our shoulders.
Matthew 10:38 And he that taketh not his cross, and followeth after me, is not worthy of me.

Jeremiah 23:30 Therefore, behold, I am against the prophets, saith the Lord, that steal my words every one from his neighbour.
23:31 Behold, I am against the prophets, saith the Lord, that use their tongues, and say: "He saith."
23:33 And when this people, or the prophet, or a priest, shall ask thee, saying, What is the word*) of the Lord?
*) the load of (word of and not: "burden of") Hebrew: massa
of the Lord?
thou shalt then say unto them: "You are the burden! (and not just: "what burden")
I will even forsake you, saith the Lord.
*) "Hebrew "msha" is "load of" means "word of", or: "burden of "

Jeremiah 23:34 And as for the prophet, and the priest, and the people, that shall say: The word*) of the Lord, I will even punish that man and his house*) (*family).
*) ("word of" and not: "burden of" the Lord, as in King James Bible)

23:35 Thus shall ye say every one to his neighbour, and every one to his brother, What hath the Lord answered? and, What hath the Lord spoken? (This is the key to understan this chaper, if you don't get the difficulties with the Hebrew translation)
23:36 And the word*) of the Lord shall ye mention no more: for every man's word shall be his own word*); for ye have perverted the words of the living God, of the Lord of hosts our God.
*)(Again is "burden" wrongly used in KJV of the Bible)
23:37 Thus shalt thou say to the prophet, What hath the Lord answered thee? and, What hath the Lord spoken?
*******) 23:38 But since ye say, The word*) of the Lord; therefore thus saith the Lord; Because ye say this word, The word*) of the Lord, and I have sent unto you, saying, Ye shall not say, The word*) [or the will] of the Lord;
*) again is burden wrongly used 3 times in KJV
23:39 Therefore, behold, I, even I, will utterly forget you, and I will forsake you, and the city that I gave you and your fathers, and cast you out of my presence:
23:40 And I will bring an everlasting reproach upon you, and a perpetual shame, which shall not be forgotten.

I shall not say: It was wrong of King James, maybe The Lord had some intention, it seems to me, that He knew about the wrong translation, even before it was translated.

*******) 23:38 once again: Jeremiah in plain English:
You have been told not to bear false testimony! You have been told not to say: This is "The word of the Lord" even if The Lord once had said so to another Prophet.

Jeremiah 23:30 Therefore, behold, I am against the prophets, saith the Lord, that steal my words every one from his neighbour.
Matthew 4:6 And Satan saith unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down: for it is written, . . .

December 16. 2008. I have made some work on this page to day.

"The hairy mantle" was used by Jacob to deceive His father. To get the first born rights. Because it was important for his Mother and for him. The first born inherited all the blessings.
But who is deceived? Yes - the father Isaac was deceived by Jacob and Rebecca.
Who are deceived to day by unworthy priests? Yes, God.
God are the father, God is the firstborn, God is mercy, despise the love of Rebecca for Jacob, despise the love of God for Jacob, Isaac has chosen to give everything to Esau.
Until this very day, and I believe tomorrow also, God is ready to give everything to "Esau" and to the priests with "the hairy mantle".
The problem is: Psalms 68:13 -, yet shall ye be as the wings of a dove covered with silver, and her feathers with yellow gold.
The glory of fire and peace, is only found in Heaven, - , to get there you need Jesus as a personal friend and savior. We must love God with all our soul and hart, Jesus has to cleanse our soul and hart, one touch, one baptism in His spirit, as we have learned, when baptized in water, -
